Buffet Setup
Please inquire for chafers, chafing fuel, and serving utensils.
Linen Rental
Town and Country or Aztec Rentals is available to assist with your
tablecloth needs. They offer Black Tablecloths for $15/tablecloth.
Tableware Rental
Tableware & glassware rentals are NOT available through Last Concert
Cafe. Inquire for protocols regarding outside dish rentals.
A/V Capability
Two mounted televisions in the bar, one portable television, and a
large screen on stage available for use, at no additional cost. Bluetooth
capability is available for television and sound. Outside A/V Vendors are
allowed with prior management approval.
Additional Staff
- Booking live talent requires the employment of an Audio Technician - $700
- If you would like to illuminate your talent, you will also require a
Lighting Technician - $1000
- Parking Attendants and Valet Services - starting at $450
- Additional Security Guard - $40/hour
- Houston Police Department and On-Site Medic can be sourced; however,
please note that prices will vary.
